INSIGHT-AM is sponsored by the Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. All healthy participants will be screened and assessed within their hospitals, principally the Royal Victoria Infirmary. 

The crossover element of INSIGHT-AM includes participants with critical illness, being cared for in Intensive Care Units (ICUs). We will be recruiting from ICUs both in the Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals and from Sunderland Royal Hospital. 

We have academic collaborators based in Cambridge, Manchester and Ghent.
