Welcome to the I-KID Trial
How well do different methods of dialysis work for babies who are so unwell that they need help with their kidney function?
The I-KID study has collected information about the different dialysis methods that are currently used in hospitals. We hope that by collecting this information we will be able to find out which method provides the best support to help babies in the future.
The study has now closed to the recruitment of patients and the team are analysing all of the information that has been collected. The study results will be published here when available.
Thank you, to all of the wonderful families who have taken part in the I-KID study, and to the fantastic hospital staff who have made it happen.
