Do you have questions or comments about this website, the Haltwhistle Burn project or have historical catchment information (this could be anything relating to flooding, habitat degradation, pollution, sedimentation, erosion or any other Haltwhistle Burn catchment issue) that you would like to share? If so please get in touch by emailing Eleanor Starkey in the first instance (eleanor.starkey1@ncl.ac.uk).
We are also keen to hear from anyone else who is working on an integrated catchment based approach, natural flood management, environmental citizen science project and/or anyone who is working with local communities to improve the quality of the their water environment.
If you would like to share* any historical catchment information which has a large file size, you can always use the Newcastle University drop-off service. To do this, simply:
1. Click on the link https://dropoff.ncl.ac.uk/ and then click on 'Drop-off'
2. Enter your name, organisation (and/or role in the project) and your email address;
3. Enter information about the recipient (eleanor.starkey – the web site adds @ncl.ac.uk automatically);
4. Browse and upload your document(s) and enter a description. It would be useful if the description also included locational information (such as a grid reference).
Thank you!
