Dr Alexander John Morris
- Senior Lecturer in Dental Public Health School of Dentistry , University of Birmingham
Dr Morris joined the University's School of Dentistry in 2017 as Senior Lecturer in Dental Public Health having previously worked for Public Health England and the NHS as a consultant in Dental Public Health. He is also a part-time general dental practitioner.
Dr Morris is module lead for Dental Public Health in years 3-5, lead for outreach teaching and has research interests in the following areas:
- Dental epidemiology
- Dental services commissioning
- Water fluoridation
- Oral cancer
- Management of performance concerns in primary care
