FIDELITY: Feasibility of Internet DELivery of Intensive TherapY for children with motor speech disorders and cerebral palsy
FIDELITY is investigating whether it is possible to provide speech therapy via the internet to children and young people whose speech is affected by cerebral palsy.
The study is led by Dr Lindsay Pennington, Senior Lecturer at Newcastle University and is sponsored by Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. It is funded by the National Institute for Health Research Research for Patient Benefit (NIHR RfPB) Programme. It started in June 2014 and will end in July 2016.
