Dr Zoe Marshman BDS MPH DDPH FDS (DPH) PhD. Zoe is a Clinical Senior Lecturer and Honorary Consultant in Dental Public Health for Sheffield University/Public Health England. Her main interest is child-centred dental research to increase understanding of the impact of oral health and dental care on children and young people. Her work involves inclusive research with children with the aim of informing policy and clinical practice. Zoe co-ordinates the Children and Young People Oral Health Research Group of the School of Clinical Dentistry, a multi-disciplinary team conducting research with children using a range of research methods. She has been Board Member of the Centre for the Study of Childhood and Youth, University of Sheffield since 2007. Her role within the study is to ensure maximal involvement of service users throughout the feasibility study and substantive trial by convening panels of children and parents, advising on the secondary outcome measures and conducting focus groups of patient/parents and dentists preferences.
