Jeff is holding an open house at home in Embleton on Saturday 7 May. You are welcome to arrive any time between 12.00 and 6.00 but please let us know by registering.
There will be a coach leaving Newcastle at 11.00 which can be booked on a first come, first served basis. Please let us know when you register if you want to take the bus. The return coach will leave Embleton at 18.00.
Embleton is a small Northumberland village about 40 miles north of Newcastle and 8 miles from Alnwick.
It is situated a kilometer inland from the amazing Embleton Bay, a gloriously wide sandy beach with the ruins of Dunstanburgh Castle across the bay.
The bay is a short walk from Embleton village and the beach is quite unpopulated and very safe for families.
