Kristin Meißner is a historian from the Leibniz Centre for Contemporary History in Potsdam (ZZF). Her dissertation explored transnational processes and international politics of scientific authentification within informal imperialism in East Asia in the late 19th century. She currently researches the contemporary urban history of Berlin.
