Dr hab. Małgorzata Głowacka-Grajper (Co-I)

Małgorzata Głowacka-Grajper is the sociologist and social anthropologist. She works as an assistant professor in the Institute of Sociology at the University of Warsaw. Her main interests are contemporary developments in ethnic and national identity and problems of social memory and tradition. She conducted her fieldwork in Poland, Lithuania, Slovakia and in the Siberian part of Russia. She published several articles and books on ethnic minorities in Poland, ethnic identity and social memory in post-soviet countries and on the memory of resettlements. Currently she works on the relations between memory and religion in local communities and on Central Europe in postcolonial perspective.
