Workshop: Negotiating Belonging in Space and Place

Organised by Newcastle University and Museum Friedland, this workshop explores the different ways in which belonging is negotiated in museum spaces and heritage places. Bringing together researchers from across the en/counter/points project with museum professionals, the workshop will facilitate the discussion of challenges, strategies and results from research and practice. The workshop includes a guided tour of Museum Friedland and of sites connected to the Friedland refugee transit camp.
