Participants are expected to arrange their own travel and accommodation. There will be a nominal registration fee of £60/$75 USD. A limited number of fee waivers for PhD students will be available. The Keynote and a street food buffet and drinks will be provided at the Tyneside Cinema on Thursday evening. To attend the Keynote and the evening buffet there is an addtrional charge of £20.
