DEPTH AI leads funded research across four domains. Each programme combines technology development with rigorous clinical evaluation, working directly with NHS trusts, patient communities, and industry partners.

• Mental Health: Digital interventions for mood disorders, resilience, and waitlist support. 3 projects. Partners include NHS England, Innovate UK.
• Neurological Disorders: Self-management and monitoring systems for Parkinson's and epilepsy. 3 projects. Funded by Parkinson's UK, SBRI Healthcare, NHS England.
• Health Behaviours: Behaviour change interventions for obesity prevention and asthma management. 2 projects. Funded by Health Education England, NIHR.
• Clinical Decision Support: AI-enhanced early warning and autonomous follow-up systems. 2 projects. Partners include Newcastle Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, NIHR.
