It's a real privilege to be able to share these honest, thought-provoking, and inspiring reflections on the parallel processes of documentary filmmaking and community self-management by Puerto Rican filmmaker Javier Colón-Caraballo. Desde adentro focuses on different aspects of just recovery following Hurricane Maria (2017) in communities in Humacao, Carolina, and Comerío, and was made with La Maraña, a non-profit organisation committed to participatory design and sustainable development.
