DNA methylation profiles generated using the Illumina Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChip in the National Child Development Study in whole blood collected at age 45 years. 316 profiles were generated in Bristol by Caroline Relton and Chris Power and another 240 by Jordana Bell at Kings College London.
