Centre for Translational Research in Law

Welcome to the website of the Centre for Translational Research in Law (CTRL).  We are a Newcastle Law School-based research group that specialises in 'translating' legal research into work that stimulates engagement and impact.

We produce best-practice guidance on engaging with non-academic audience, organise workshops to train up academics on how their work can result in engagement and impact, and will organise events to build connections between academic researchers and those who would benefit from their research.
