Downloading Data
While you can interact with the database on this website and investigate interests such as a gene or specific timepoints, you cannot directly download the data you have specifically filtered for. Below are links to download csv files of either the whole the database or subsets of the database.
Whole database - for all data as it is on the website
DDIS - for all data in which the senescent type is DDIS
OIS - for all data in which the senescent type is OIS
Skin - for all data in which the fibroblast organ of origin is skin
Lung - for all data in which the fibroblast organ of origin is lung
