Our current objectives are:

• To compile transcriptomic datasets of human senescent fibroblasts from various stimuli at different timepoints
• Create a resource to explore temporal changes in transcript expression as senescence progresses from induction to late stages

Our future directions and goals are:

• Keep the transcriptomic database up to date so it reflects the most up to date knowledge of transcript changes in senescent human fibroblasts. We will do this by regularly reviewing the literature for any newly published transcriptomic datasets which match our previously determined search criteria.
• The expansion of the website into a multi-omic database – for example, proteomic and epigenomic profiles.
