Rosa Pugliese

 Rosa Pugliese is a researcher at the Department of Modern Languages, Literatures and Cultures, University of Bologna, where she has taught Teaching Italian a second language since 2005. She has participated in several national projects in the fields of language teaching, dialogue and interaction, intercultural communication and institutional communication, including “Forms of university teaching in humanities faculties” and “Discourse and learning”. She has also coordinated a research project on “Intercultural communication in the workplace” (University of Siena-Arezzo). She has published extensively on intercultural communication, citizenship education and foreign language teaching.
