We need you to complete a 24 hour food recall for three days at the start of the study, after your mid-point visit and at the end of the trial. We ask you to complete the diet survey so that we can understand what types of food you eat.

We use a program called Intake24 for this survey. Click the link below to log in. Your username and password are the same as your participant number (Letters in upper case. eg ALG001). This will be given to you by the researcher. Please watch the instructional video on the log-in page before you begin.

You should complete the survey on two weekdays and one weekend day after each visit to the research center.
