Aileen Mill is Professor of Modelling, Evidence and Policy at Newcastle University. Prof Mill’s research focusses on modelling approaches to analyse complex systems and the interrelation between scientific research and decision making. Given the complexity of laryngeal cancer decision making, this expertise will be invaluable in the formation of a preliminary risk prediction tool.
