Primary Aim:

1) To develop a radiomics-based risk prediction model to act as a prototype for further study of shared decision making in advanced laryngeal cancer.

Research Objectives: 

1) Perform radiomic analysis of CT imaging from patients with advanced laryngeal cancer and correlate radiomic features with key oncological outcomes including disease recurrence and survival.

2) Develop an initial risk prediction tool integrating radiomics alongside clinicopathological features that can predict survival outcomes.
