Alison delivers tailored programmes of coaching and development for clients in a range of IT/IS settings, including manufacturing and IT services companies, the NHS, and higher education. Working on key strategic, operational, personal and interpersonal goals, Alison coaches people to get the best fit between people, process and technology issues in IT–led business environments.

Alison’s areas of expertise include:

  • Individual coaching for high performance amongst IT leaders and professionals.
  • Facilitation of action based learning where a blend of interpersonal development and practical action is needed.
  • Coaching for IT leaders of organisations facing the personal and leadership challenges of planning and executing IT enabled transformation.
  • Coaching teams and individuals to take a positive approach to interpersonal conflict and over-coming resistance to change.
  • Realising the benefits of applying people, process and technology best practices when engaging wider stakeholder groups.

Alison has delivered development programmes for a range of technology based teams for clients including: Siemens Microelectronics; Nexus (Passenger Transport); Granada Learning; Bond-Solutions; NHS Connecting for Health; NHS South of Tyne and Wear; NHS North East; Bombardier Transportation and Knowledge Campus/OneNorthEast.

Alison is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, an Associate member of the Association for Coaching and she is a qualified practitioner in using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Aston Team Performance Inventory and other profiling tools to promote individual and team awareness.
