Submission of papers:
Abstracts should be submitted to the Congress Secretariat no later than
September 30, 2003. On-line Abstract Submission via the Congress
Website (www.icr2004.or.kr) is highly
recommended, but submissions by e-mail or airmail are also allowed when
on-line submission is unavailable. When the authors submit abstracts by
airmail, a diskette containing the abstract text should be enclosed
with the original copy of the abstract.
Authors will be notified of the acceptance of their papers/posters by
January 31, 2004, and then requested to submit the manuscripts no later
than March 31, 2004 for the publication in the proceedings on CD Rom.
The manuscript will be included in the proceedings only if accompanied
by the early registration of the paper/poster presenter.
