Special sessions during ICAE2012

In total, 18 papers submitted by our network members have been accepted for oral presentation during the ICAE2012 (5-8, July 2012) to form 3 special sessions on energy system & efficiency improvement and power generation & polygeneration systems (1-F3, 1F4 and 2E4). Recently, the PRO-TEM Network has successfully run its 2nd conference entitled Sustainable Thermal Energy Management International Conference in the Process Industries (SusTEM2011). Roadmap of Thermal Energy Management in Process Industry

The PRO-TEM Network is planning to produce a roadmap in the field of thermal energy management in process industry. It aims to identify the grand challenges for process industries and develop an appropriate long term research strategy to address these challenges. A few steps will be taken place at different time before April 2011: (1) collect data and opinions among experts; (2) collective meeting among a group of key stakeholders; (3) another collective meeting among a bigger group of stakeholders; and (4) produce a roadmap and a report.
