9th September 2007 - Poster at European Conference on Diamond
Yuriy Butenko presented a poster "Atomic hydrogen treatment of nanodiamond powder" at the 18th European Conference on Diamond, Diamond-Like Materials, Carbon Nanotubes, and Nitrides in Berlin, Germany. 1st August 2007 - Paper makes Editor's Pick in Science

29th July 2007 - Paper published in Nature Nanotechnology
The paper "Evaporation and deposition of alkyl-capped silicon nanocrystals in ultrahigh vacuum" has been published in issue 2 of Nature Nanotechnology, it can be reached online here.

1st July 2007 - Group members at ICN+7 2007
Luis Alves & Paul Coxon both presented research results at the International Conference on Nano Science and Technology (ICN+T 2007) in Stockholm, Sweden. Luis gave a talk on "Gold nitride as a new surface enhanced raman scattering substrate" and Paul presented a poster "Electron Energy Loss Spectroscopy on Alkylated Silicon Nanocrystals".
