The news was following the study published in Catalysis Science and Technology was found in leading newspapers, magzines, blogs and channels all over the world including BBC , Telegraph, The Journal, Mirror, Chemistry World (Royal Society of Chemistry) in the UK. The article was also published in media in United States, Canada, Brazil,India, China, Portugal, Finland, France, UAE and Dubai, Australia, Africa to name a few.

Luis gave a talk on "Gold nitride as a new surface enhanced raman scattering substrate" and Paul presented a poster "Electron Energy Loss Spectroscopy on Alkylated Silicon Nanocrystals".
