Update on the DePuy ASR Hip recall
Last month it was announced that the three cases in the DePuy ASR implant settlement cases had settled for approximately $200,000 each. However the Plaintiffs are now requesting the judge permission to counter these “inaccurate details”. The original settlement contained confidential terms preventing them from disclosing the specifics of their settlement. The article is available from here
