Paint Shop Pro 5
is a comprehensive image editing package. Layered images can be created,
captured and combined using a wide variety of drawing tools and special
effects. Animation Shop shipped with PSP5 creates animated GIF images.

Hauppauge produce
WinTV PCI cards that enable a standard PC to receive live TV sound and
images from broadcast, cable, satellite, camera and VCR sources. The cards
also display multiple Teletext pages (or Intercast in USA) in separate
windows. High quality resizable TV images can be captured to the
clipboard and saved up to a resolution of 768x576 for a PAL source (640x480
for NTSC).
Additional software allows higher resolution images
(up to 1600x1200) and low resolution AVI video clips to be recorded. Card
owners are also offered an inexpensive standard colour video camera that
can be used directly with Videoconference software. WinTV PCI was
used to capture VCR images displayed on related pages. Supporting software
is supplied with the card on CD, and revisions are continually available
from Hauppauge. |
