Jytte is enrolled as a PhD student at the Institute of Public Health and employed by the National Environmental Research Institute, University of Aarhus. Her PhD project is on the valuation of changes in life expectancy caused by changes in air pollution. She is associated with the EU-project NEEDS in which the contingent valuation method is used to find the willingness-to pay for changes in life expectancy in 9 different EU-countries (including Denmark)
