Institutions and Environmental Citizenship
The aim of this seminar is to draw together some
of our findings from the seminar series with the findings of other
important research projects on similar themes. Our focus is on the practical and policy
implications of environmental citizenship.
What are the relationships between environmental citizenship and
institutions? Should government
institutions seek to promote environmental citizenship? How might that be done? Do (or should) environmental citizens
pose a threat to institutions?
