Most of us experience stress sometimes. The day2day research project is asking how women aged 18-64 years manage the stresses and strains they experience in their day-to-day lives, with a focus on how stress relates to alcohol use and other lifestyle behaviours. The research is taking place during 2014 and 2015.
Women aged 18-64 years that live in Tyne and Wear or Northumberland.
Taking part in the project will involve a one-off face to face interview, that will last approximately an hour. You will be asked to share your views and experiences of managing stress in your everyday life, alcohol use in relation to stress and alcohol use more generally. I am interested in women’s views and experiences there are no right or wrong answers.
The interview could take place in your own home or another venue of your choice.
Please get in touch with me if you are interested in taking part or would like to discuss the project further.
