Welcome to the Cardiovascular Physics

and Engineering Research Group

We use physics and engineering techniques to evaluate new procedures, devices, and clinical techniques for the benefit of patients suffering from heart disease or circulatory problems.

We are based in the Medical Physics Department at the Freeman Hospital, Newcastle upon Tyne, UK. The team is led by Professor Alan Murray (alan.murray@ncl.ac.uk).
