Originally qualifying with a BA in Linguistics and a MSc in Psychology from Peking University, China, I went on to study in the University of Bristol in 2003. There I completed my PhD in 2008 and went to work as a research fellow in Birmingham University. Now I am working for the Better Communication Research Programme funded by Department of Education. In 2007 I co-found TalkTone New Media for ICT application in psychology. I write columns for BCC China and FT Chinese, which concern British education and business.
I attend ACTION 2011 for my enthusiasm on sustainability of community and youth.
